Home is one of eleven 4,890 square foot villas, each individually handcrafted from natural materials and raised several feet off the ground to catch the cooling island breezes. Service is always discreet, allowing you to delight in your surroundings and completely escape.
North Island cuisine is based on culinary influences of Africa, France, Southern India and Southeast Asia, combined with the organic resources of the island and the abundance from the Indian Ocean. There is a “no menu” concept of dining in the restaurant: the chef discusses your food preferences and then develops the menus daily around them.
The Seychelles forms part of the world’s longest coral reef system and has some of the world’s best scuba diving and snorkeling sites. Other activities include swimming, fishing, kayaking, hiking and biking—even your own 4x4 cart to navigate the island. Converse with resident ecologists, look for birds and turtles, indulge in the spa or bask in the tropical sun. Read, listen to music, or simply do nothing at all.

€760 per person per night for guests over the age of 12
sharing in the second bedroom — (maximum 2 additional guests)

Transfer Rates for North Island:
One way helicopter transfer from Mahé to North Island
€745 per helicopter with maximum seating for 4 guests (subject to change).
Each luxurious villa is configured with a master bedroom and a library which doubles as a second bedroom. Each villa sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.
No charge for children under the age of 3 years. Only children over 5 years can be accommodated in Villa 11 due to safety factors.
Full board dining daily and most activities. Activities include sea kayaking, snorkeling, fishing and sailing around North Island. Use of island buggy included during whole stay.
Dive courses, massage and health therapies, deep sea fishing, yacht charter, gratuities and transfers to North Island are not included.
North Island is accessible only by helicopter.
Prices are in Euros. Payments should be made based on existing exchange rate at the time of final payment.
