A “metropolis of experiences” by the water, with magnificent views of the snowcapped Alps on the horizon, Zurich boasts a thriving art scene with over 50 museums and more than 100 galleries. Proceed to the beautiful small town of Interlaken. Located between the crystal-clear lakes of Thun and Brienz and presided over by the three mighty mountains Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, Interlaken has been a source of natural inspiration to numerous renowned artists including Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (1790), Lord Byron (1816) and Felix Mendelssohn (1822).
