In vibrant and eclectic Kochi, visit the oldest living synagogue in the world. Built in 1568 its floors are paved with hand-painted Chinese tiles, each with a different design. Drive through the lush, green countryside to board a traditional rice barge for a leisurely cruise through Kerala’s backwaters.
