The Cox & Kings Cocktail

For more than a quarter millennium, Cox & Kings has been evolving the art of travel, delivering the finest, most thrilling, and most unforgettable travel experiences in the world. And when we celebrate, we like to do it with a cocktail developed at the Sofitel St. James Hotel, which resides in what was originally the Cox’s & King’s bank on the corner of London’s Pall Mall and Waterloo Place.

Here’s how to make a Cox & Kings for yourself:

  • 50ml Darjeeling infused Tanqueray
  • 40ml Pink grapefruit
  • 20ml Cardamom saffron syrup
  • 10ml of gomme (or simple) syrup
  • 20ml egg white

Shake all the ingredients and then serve in a vintage glass for that true 1920s feel.
