  • Day 1
    Arrive Napa

    Arrive into San Francisco Airport where you will be met by your driver and transferred by private car to Meadowood Resort. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your private Meadowood guide and embark on a tour of the estate. Soon after, meet with the master Meadowood sommelier, who will lead you on a sensory evaluation of different varietals, a discussion of flavor profiles, some exercises in palate training and an introduction to aging techniques. This evening, reservations can be made at the critically acclaimed Michelin 3-star Restaurant at Meadowood.

  • Day 2

    Following breakfast, your driver will escort you to one of the most elite vineyards in the nation for a private appointment with a senior sommelier. Continue your day of tasting at several other acclaimed wineries where you will also be given exclusive tours of the grounds. For lunch, savor a custom chef’s menu and pairing featuring local olive oils and wines. In the afternoon, head to a nearby winery for a barrel tasting and tour of the cave during which you can experience the premium wines of an uncompromising vintner. This evening, dinner reservations can be made at Redd, which flawlessly blends French and Mediterranean technique with Asian, European, and Mexican flavors. It is considered Napa Valley contemporary cuisine at its finest.

  • Day 3

    Before you depart Napa for Sonoma and the Farmhouse Inn, you will have a scheduled appointment with a legendary vintner who produces some of the most highly regarded wines in all of Napa. Continue to Sebastopol, where a series of exclusive tastings have been arranged that highlight the Sonoma portion of this experience. Your first stop will be a family-owned winery only minutes from the Farmhouse Inn. Their biannual release of Chardonnay is one of the most sought after by wine enthusiasts and consistently rated as “best of the best” among star producers. Next up is a stellar Pinot Noir and Chardonnay producer. In fact, they are so exclusive, that they have upwards of a five-year waiting list for their wine allocations. Upon arrival at the Farmhouse Inn, enjoy some free time to prepare for an optional intimate and avant-garde tasting menu and pairings at Chalkboard Restaurant.

  • Day 4

    After breakfast and a morning amid the vineyards, depart for The Fork, a Culinary & Educational Center at Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company in west Marin County. Embark on a walking farm tour where you’ll learn about the history of agriculture in the region. Following the tour, enjoy a focused tasting of the company’s award-winning handcrafted cheeses. Then feast on a gourmet lunch prepared at The Fork before continuing to Hog Island Oysters for a private tasting and tour that showcases some of the finest Northern California seafood purveyors and harvesters. Tonight, dinner reservations can be been made at the Michelin 1-star Farmhouse Restaurant for a true farm-to-table dining experience — a fitting meal for your final night in Northern California.

    Depart Sonoma
